Here at Zeigler Chevrolet Schaumberg, we’re always on the lookout for the latest news about our favorite Chevy models. One vehicle that’s received some attention lately is the 2021 Chevy Traverse. This upcoming Chevy SUV was recently spotted testing, and it looks like it could have some surprises in store for the new model year.
The 2021 Chevy Traverse probably won’t experience any major changes, considering that it was just redesigned in 2018, but the camouflaged test model we saw definitely gave us some clues about the small updates. The biggest takeaway is that the front looks like it’s received a facelift and could be going in a more aggressive direction, like the Chevy Blazer. That might be an odd direction for a family-oriented vehicle, but we’ll see what happens.
The headlights also look different. The foglight and headlight are separate, a departure from the current Chevy Traverse model. The taillights also seem to have a more modern look than before. There’s a lot more camouflage on this test vehicle, so there could be many more changes hiding under the surface. The new Chevy Traverse could even get a new power option, a four-cylinder turbo engine making its way to the 2020 Chevy Blazer. We’ll get to find out more when the 2021 Chevy Traverse gets its big reveal sometime next year, so keep an eye on this blog for the latest updates.
